Who this is for

Built for every trade with trucks on the road.

Where the work goes

Three leaks, and you already know two of them.

Not a marketing problem. This is work that reached your business and left again before it got on the board.

How it starts

Four steps. Two days. Nothing you have to undo.

We count what you're missing

Before anything is switched on we pull your call records and count what went unanswered, and when. That is your baseline.

We forward, we don't port

Your number stays yours. Forwarding takes minutes and reverses just as fast.

We switch on the phone first

One thing at a time, starting with the leak you can feel. The rest gets added once the first has proven itself.

You get one page a month

Calls answered, jobs booked, what would have been missed. Same format every month.

Your numbers, not ours

Work out what the gap is worth.

$850

What a typical job invoices at, start to finish.

45

Everything that rings your line, including the ones you pick up.

9

Nights, weekends, and the hours you spend under a house. Most owners guess low here.

Work that rang and went unbooked $79,560 to $139,230 a year
Per month $6,630 to $11,603
468 unanswered calls a year. The low figure assumes you would have closed 1 in 5. The high figure assumes just over 1 in 3. Typical for a business this size. Your arithmetic, our assumptions, not a promise.
Find out what you're missing
You just worked out that you're losing about $139,230
Fixing it starts at $450 a month

That's one recovered pump a month. The other eleven are yours.

What we run

If you don't have a site worth sending people to

A Site That Books

Straight answers

What owners ask before they say yes.

What does it cost?

Between $450 and $3,500 a month, depending on which leak you are fixing, plus a one-time setup fee. Every number is on this page — scroll up to the three fixes.

No custom quotes. No booking a call to find out the price.

Are there other costs?

One, and we would rather tell you now than surprise you later. The phone system runs on a minutes allowance — 750 minutes a month included, which covers most companies with room to spare. Past that it is 35 cents a minute.

If you are trending over, we tell you mid-month, not on the invoice.

Am I locked in?

Month to month after setup. Thirty days notice, no penalty, no winding-down fee. The setup fee covers the build and the build is yours — if you leave, the phone number, the site, and your customer list all go with you.

Do I have to get on a call?

For the site, no. Pick it, pay, done.

For everything else, yes — twenty minutes. Not to be sold to, but because we need your call volume and your average job to work out whether this is even worth doing. Sometimes it is not, and we will say so.

Will this replace my phone?

No. Your line rings your phone first, the way it does today. We only pick up what would have gone to voicemail — nights, weekends, and the calls that come in while you are on a job.

Will my customers know it isn't me?

Yes, because we tell them. Whoever answers says they are answering for your company, takes the details, and books it or gets you on the line.

The comparison that matters is not us against you. It is us against four rings and a voicemail beep.

What if it doesn't work?

Then the report says so, and you stop. We count your unanswered calls before anything is switched on, which is also how we would fail visibly rather than quietly.

A vendor who cannot show you the before number is not planning to be judged on the after.

I'm already busy enough.

Then this is either the wrong time or the wrong service, and we will tell you which on the call.

Two things still worth twenty minutes: the emergency calls that pay most and still ring out, and turning the schedule from whoever happens to call into work you booked on purpose.

How fast can you start?

Forwarding is same-day. Triage rules, the escalation chain, and the reporting take a week or two, because they are written around your trade rather than pulled off a shelf.

Who actually does the work?

We do. Nothing is resold to a call center in another vendor's queue.

The same person who listens to your calls is the person who changes the rules when something in them is wrong.

Let's get started

Twenty minutes, and a number you didn't have.

We go through your call records on the call and count what is being missed, then tell you plainly whether there is enough there to be worth fixing. If there isn't, we'll say so.

Pick a time Twenty minutes on the phone.

Pick a slot that works around the jobs. Bring your call records if you have them, and we'll do the counting.
